If the same team wins both the fa cup and the premiership who plays in the charity shield?? Can anyone help??

for example if man u win the permiership and f.a cup then they play second place in the premiership.

premiership winners vs f.a cup winners

if both same then:
premiership 1st vs premiership 2nd
