I am in the process of setting up a website dedicated to giving fans their say and allowing them to write what they think so that people have an alternative to the neutral media. This site is currently under construction:

I'm looking for 'core writers', people who'll write reports on matches (they don't have to involve the team you support) at least once each fortnight (this is not a strict regulation, we will be sensible about enforcing it).
