why do people criticise jeff whitley week in week out i no hes not exactly david beckham or steven gerrard but he is our only player who dares to put a bloody foot in or go for a ****in 50-50 ball and 9 times out of 10 he comes away with the ball. last season in the play offs against palace many of the fans blamed whitley for missing the penalty but i bet no 1 cud hav the bottle to take a penalty in front of 30+ thousand fans
