Haha, i said all along if Liverpool knocked Juventus out of the Champions League that I would hold my hands up and say that Liverpool are a gud side. Altho' I thought Juve were v disappointing, credit to Liverpool for gettin to the semis! Altho' I was supportin Juve, lookin at it now, I think it's great for English football that 1 team is guranteed to be in the final in Istanbul come May! Well done Liverpool!

It is ashame that a man u side that has been given so much credit for so long and have dominated the domestic game for well over a decade has only got to one semi-final in their reign. But then I suppose they only got to 1 final in their previous reign in the 60s. I hope the team that is going to dominate next will give a good account of themselves in Europe for the sake of the premiership.

Holy ****, a man true to his word very rare these days well done josh, your honesty about hoping juve win the tie is also commendable in that most fans do wish other british teams well in europe but the rivalry between liverpool and man utd runs deep so deep that only a very small percentage of man utd fans would of wanted lfc to win if any at all.

Now you have a bit of a dillema on your hands, do you want chelsea to go thru and maybe win there 1st euro cup or do you want them out and have the possibillity of liverpool winning there 5th euro cup.

If i was a betting man i'd have my money on you bein a chelsea fan for a couple of games to exstinguish any hope of more european glory for the reds.

And yes juventus did look very ordinary and looked pretty un interested in the game whether that was down to lfc supreme defensive display without alot of first teamers i not sure, and 1 final note in the 2 ties with juve i have to say that sammi hyypia was a rock in the centre of defence and back to his very best and i hope to god that he is reinstated to our starting line up against spurs because pellergrino is accident prone and slower than my 4 year old son, CARRAGHER FOR ENGLAND, he is a player that i thought was leaving with the likes of matteo and david thompson when houllier came in but the guy has matured into one of the most dependable defenders in the country and i know he has little hope of playin with the competition for places he is up against but i think he is know a very reliable back up for sven

I'm afraid I definitely want Chelsea to win and I think they will but much more amazing things have happened! Sami Hypia was very good he had a bit of a dip in form but I still like him, Utd should have bought him about 5 or 6 years ago, he's been a great player for Liverpool! The reason I don't want Liverpool to win isn't really based on the rivalry, its more to do with the fact that Utd's great teams of the 90's only got to one final, which is very poor considering some of the players we had on board, yet a good but not great Liverpool side could possibly get to a final which I would find a bit hard to take! I still think a large part of Liverpools European success this season is down to Benitez and his knowledge of European football. Unfortunately even after 18 years, it seems Fergie doesn't have this nous!
