Mastercard own the world cup?
My brother and I were going to go to Germany to hook up for the world cup next year, he lives in oz and me in england so we figured Germany would make an intresting midpoint for us both.

Which basically says if you dont have a german bank account AND a valid Mastercard you wont get tickets?
My Mastercard was cut up shortly after my Visa and Switch card and I'd like to thank my Ex for that experience.
Does anyone know if this is true? I sent off my application but havent heard anything back, please tell me its not true, surely football should be for everyone......
